As a banker turned entrepreneur, Richard believes the best way to drive innovative solutions to safeguard, grow and create financial comfort for clients is by surrounding them with a team of creative, passionate experts and industry visionaries.
Richard co-founded Stonebrooke PWM in 2014 with the guiding principle of collaboration. Shortly thereafter, he and his wife joined forces to build upon a common goal to help clients achieve the financial freedom and peace of mind they truly deserved through proper financial and retirement planning.
Woodworking is a passion for Richard; the patience and attention to detail translates into his wealth planning approach when working with clients. Richard has earned the Registered Retirement Consultant® designation. His wife Karine and their 3 children enjoy a full active life in Barrie, ON.

Organized and detail oriented, Karine’s resourcefulness and tenacity is reflected in how efficient the firm operates. From creating internal processes to utilizing cutting edge technology, Karine’s leadership in this area is key to the success of Seven Elements Wealth Planning.
A native Montrealer, Karine left a 15-year career in nursing to build Seven Elements with her husband Richard. She brings the foundational qualities of nursing, compassion, nurture and critical thinking and respectfulness, into her role within the company. This is what makes the client experience that much more personalized and unique.
Karine has completed the Life License Qualifying Program (LLQP) and is studying to obtain the Registered Retirement Consultant® designation.
Home is Barrie, Ontario where Karine enjoys being in the outdoors, either running, cycling or skiing with Richard and their three children.
In her capacity as our Client Service Specialist, Alicia ensures top-notch service delivery. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her meticulous handing of account information and her proactive approach to meeting our clients needs.
